12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your gk888t account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any remaining real-money balance subject to the standard withdrawal process and applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by gk888t
